6 Exercises + 6 Minutes a day = TOTAL Control

3SRB is an ancient technique of breathing that calms the mind and brings total physical, emotional, and mental health to our body-brain system.

Many who use this practice have also discovered relief from physical ailments such as asthma, heart problems, diabetes, arthritis, and more. Apart from these benefits, 3SRB leads to a state of deep meditation wherein a person can realize his own true divine nature.

The practice of 3SRB re-teaches us how to breathe the way we did at the time of our birth. Since our life is about breath, health and emotional issues are naturally related to the amount of oxygen our body receives via the rhythm in which we breathe. When a child is born, they breathe 36 times per minute. As adults, our lung capacity increases, making our normal rhythm of breathing 12 times per minute. But most of us breathe much faster, affected as we are by emotions and our actions or the actions of others.

Once we become happy again, our breathing changes as a result. We cannot control the actions of others BUT we can work to control our own reactions. When we keep our reactions in Balance, the power of others' actions will automatically diffuse.

This is the fundamental idea behind this unique method of rhythmic breathing- The concept of 6 simple exercises for 6 minutes a day brings our breathing back into the rhythm we had when God created us, freeing us from negative reactions while also solving many health-related problems.

Concept

There are two paths to healing our bodies and mind.

In one, we rely purely on medicine and external aids while in the other, we awaken the body’s capacity to heal from within.

Self-healing is not just a process of healing but an inner journey of self-transformation. It expands our consciousness and brings clarity in perception, joy, and happiness. The easiest and the most effective tool to self-healing is our own breath.

We spend our lives taking our breathing for granted, blind to the direct relationship between breathing and overall health. This is total health—not just physical well-being, but our emotional and mental aspects as well. We may feel healthy physically, but when we grow upset and irritated all too often, it makes us emotionally unhealthy. Similarly, our brain chatters all the time, goaded by the stimulus of the modern world, beyond our control. Until we are able to calm this chatter, we cannot be mentally healthy.

Far too much of our lives are spent in negative emotional states that range from being upset, irritated, or excited, to being fearful and angry, holding onto a lot of stress. This directly influences our health. In these states, we experience an increase to our heart rate and blood pressure, along with a decrease to our digestive power, inhibiting our capacity to relax and sleep, even affecting the sex function.

Just as our emotions affect our health, they also influence our breathing; every emotion has its own breath.

In anger, we take quick and shallow breaths; under heavy stress, we feel suffocated; and when we are impatient, our breathing is chaotic.

What we must remember is that the opposite is also true – by breathing in rhythm, we can calm all our emotional outbursts and silence our chattering brain.

Entering into the practice of breathing in this rhythm can restore the body to total health. It activates the natural relaxation response of the body which in turn activates a process of self-healing. Each breath we take is healthy and works to harmonize our negative emotions, healing all the wounds we hold in our subconscious minds.

With commitment to the practice of 3SRB, our brain will stop its incessant chatter, freeing us of stress. We will find deep relaxation, for the first time in years, bringing health, peace, and happiness.
