Exercise

Purpose:
  • To Spiritually awaken the dormant brain-deals with the Perineum, from where the prana energy flows through the body.
Instructions:
  • Empty the Lungs. One hand to pull the abdomen below the navel inwards as much as possible.
  • Should be tried initially for ten seconds.
  • Then increase timing gradually to 40 seconds.
Instructions:
  • Hold Down Abdomen with Breath Out for 40 Seconds.
  • Then Start Fast Shallow Breathing For 20 seconds and go up to 2 min 20 seconds – Total 3 Min.
