Exercise

Purpose:
  • To Spiritually awaken the dormant brain–deals with the Perineum, from where the prana energy flows through the body.

Instructions:
  • Empty the Lungs. One hand pulls the abdomen below the navel inwards as much as possible.

  • Should be tried initially for ten seconds, then gradually increase timing to 40 seconds.

Instructions:
  • Hold down abdomen while breathing out for 40 Seconds.

  • Then start fast shallow breathing for 20 seconds and go up to 2 min 20 seconds – Total 3 Min.
