Empty the Lungs. One hand pulls the abdomen below the navel inwards as much as possible.
Should be tried initially for ten seconds, then gradually increase timing to 40 seconds.
Hold down abdomen while breathing out for 40 Seconds.
Then start fast shallow breathing for 20 seconds and go up to 2 min 20 seconds – Total 3 Min.
