Swiso

The word Swiso means to swing to get rid of our negative emotions, prejudices and unwanted habits.

Method:
  • Stand up with the legs apart. While inhaling raise both your hands above the head in a straight position and while exhaling through the mouth forcefully bring down the hands and take them backside. Do it continuously for one minute. This exercise can be done on an empty stomach twice a day. The practice of this exercise is recommended at the rate of 36 cycles per minute with the music.
Instructions:
  • Stand up; Time: 1 Min – 36.
  • 1, 2, 3 – Hands forward.
  • 4, 5 Hands backwards and Up.
