About Us

Yogi Sri Soli Tavaria founded the 3 Step Breathing. His disciple Rajen Vakil followed this teaching and continues the journey of 3 step rhythmic breathing today. Vakil has established that the essence of a healthy and balanced life is found in proper breathing:3 Step Rhythmic Breathing. He also learnt a set of exercises called ‘The Refining Exercises’ from his teacher and now imparts the teaching to his students. The purpose of Refining Exercises is to refine the body-brain system and improve awareness.
